An athlete’s assistant package is available on application for runners who have a performance since the 1st January 2013 that is better than our course record

PLEASE NOTE - Foreign Athletes will be subject to Withholding Tax but can claim back if agreements exist between Australia and their country of residence.

FIRST PLACE MALE Sub 2:11:04    $20,000   
FIRST PLACE FEMALE    Sub 2:32:20 $20,000

$20,000 will be awarded to both the 1st Male and 1st Female if they break the Melbourne Marathon Records of Sub 2:11:04 (Male) and Sub 2:32:20 (Female).
*If Prize Pool #1 is collected, the competitor will NOT collect Prize Pool #3


PRIZE POOL #2

PLACE TIME PRIZE
SECOND PLACE TO FIFTH PLACE MALE     Sub 2:12:00     $3,000    
SECOND PLACE TO FIFTH PLACE FEMALE     Sub 2:34:00     $3,000    

$3,000 will be awarded to any Male or Female runner who places from 2nd to 5th place who runs Sub 2:12:00 (Male) and Sub 2:34:00 (Female).
*If Prize Pool #2 is collected, the competitor will NOT collect Prize Pool #3

PLACE TIME PRIZE
FIRST PLACE TO FIFTH PLACE    Sub 2:13:00    $1,500   
FIRST PLACE TO FIFTH PLACE    Sub 2:35:00    $1,500   


$1,500 will be awarded to any Male or Female runner who places from 1st to 5th place and runs Sub 2:13:00 (Male) and Sub 2:35:00 (Female).
